Surface Preparation
Ensure the substrate is clean, sound, and dry (<4% moisture). Surface must be prepared via shot blasting or mechanical grinding to achieve a profile equivalent to ICRI CSP 3–4. Substrate temperature should be at least 3°C above dew point.
Mixing Instructions
Precondition all components to 15°C (59°F) minimum. Mix Part A and Part B at a 2:1 volume ratio for 3 minutes using a low-speed mixer. Scrape sides and bottom to ensure uniformity. Only mix as much as can be applied within pot life.
Application
Apply with a roller, brush, or trowel. Ensure even thickness. If multiple coats are required, follow recoat window based on ambient temperature.
Cleaning
Clean tools with xylene or a compatible cleaner before curing. Once cured, the product must be removed mechanically.
Restrictions
  • Application temperature: 15°C–30°C (59°F–86°F)
  • Max ambient humidity: 85%
  • Substrate moisture: <4%
  • Avoid application on porous or moisture-transmitting substrates
  • Protect surface from moisture and condensation for 24 hours post-application
  • Product may discolor under UV exposure
Health & Safety
Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Use protective equipment such as gloves, safety glasses, and respirator. Work in a ventilated area. Refer to the SDS for detailed safety measures.
