APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
Surface Preparation
For old concrete: Remove laitance, sealers, oils, waxes, and contaminants using shot blasting, diamond grinding, or sand blasting. Do not apply on wet surfaces.
For new concrete: Allow to cure for minimum 30 days. Surface strength should be ≥25 MPa (3625 psi) compressive and ≥1.5 MPa (218 psi) tensile. Mechanical prep required.
Mixing
Use only full kits. Mix Part B into Part A (2:1 volume) for 3 minutes with a low-speed drill (300–450 RPM). Scrape sides and bottom to ensure uniformity.
Application
Apply using trowel or putty knife. Do not exceed pot life window.
Cleaning
Clean tools with xylene before product cures. Use soapy water for skin. Once hardened, remove by mechanical means.
RESTRICTIONS
  • Application temp: 15°C–30°C (59°F–86°F)
  • Max relative humidity: 85%
  • Substrate temp must be ≥15°C and ≥3°C above dew point
  • Moisture content <4%
  • Not for use on moisture-transmitting surfaces
  • Not for exterior ground-level applications
  • Protect from water, humidity, or condensation for 24 hours
  • May discolor under UV without topcoat
HEALTH & SAFETY
  • Avoid skin and eye contact
  • May cause irritation or burns
  • Use chemical-resistant gloves and safety goggles
  • Use NIOSH/MSHA approved vapor respirator
  • Work in well-ventilated area
  • Refer to SDS for full details
