Surface Preparation
Old Concrete: Surface must be clean and profiled (ICRI-CSP 3–4 recommended). Remove all dust, laitance, oil, grease, sealers, or contaminants by abrasive blasting, shot blasting, or diamond grinding. Acid etching may be necessary, followed by thorough rinsing.
New Concrete: Allow to cure for at least 30 days. Minimum compressive strength: 25 MPa (3,625 psi). Minimum tensile strength: 1.5 MPa (218 psi). Use primer as needed.

Mixing Instructions
Precondition all components to ≥15°C (59°F) before use. Mix full units only. Pour Part B into Part A (2A:1B by volume). Mix with low-speed drill mixer (300–450 RPM) for 3 minutes, scraping walls and bottom to ensure complete blend.

Application
Apply using putty knife or trowel. Push the material into the crack ensuring full fill. Product may be recoated or topcoated as required.

Clean-Up
Clean tools and equipment immediately after use with xylene or epoxy solvent. Wash skin with warm soapy water. Once cured, material must be removed mechanically.

Limitations
  • Substrate temperature must be between 15°C and 30°C (59°F–86°F)
  • Maximum relative humidity: 85%
  • Substrate temperature must be ≥3°C above dew point
  • Substrate moisture content must be <4%
  • Do not apply to damp, porous, or moisture-transmitting surfaces
  • Not recommended for exterior use at ground level
  • Protect from water, condensation, or moisture for 24 hours after application
  • May discolor under UV exposure
Health & Safety
  • Avoid skin and eye contact. Use protective gloves, safety goggles, and a respirator with organic vapor cartridges. Ensure adequate ventilation during use. Refer to SDS for detailed safety guidelines.
