FLOWFILL
Polyurea Crack Filler
FLOWFILL is a two-component, solventborne polyurethane system. Its high penetration and fast setting allow for very quick repair of damaged joints, spalling, and cracks. Fillers such as sand or gravel can be added for repairing larger holes and defects.
Advantages
  • Can be mixed in small quantities (250 mL to 1 L) by hand
  • Application temperature between 10°C and 30°C (50°F–86°F)
  • Cures within 10 minutes at 22°C (72°F) with excellent adhesion
  • Self-leveling and self-priming
  • Ready for service in 10–20 minutes
  • Easy 1:1 mix ratio by volume
  • High chemical resistance
  • Excellent for industrial floor repairs under forklift traffic and harsh conditions

Surface Preparation
Old concrete must be mechanically prepared using shot blasting, sand blasting, or diamond grinding. All contaminants such as oils, sealers, curing agents, waxes, and grease must be removed. Do not apply on wet substrates. Chloride levels, moisture content, and pH must be checked prior to application.
New concrete must cure for a minimum of 30 days. It must reach at least 25 MPa (3625 psi) compressive strength and 1.5 MPa (218 psi) tensile strength. Mechanical preparation is required to remove surface laitance.

Mixing
Mix each component separately. Pour Part B into Part A using the proper ratio. Mix both components for no more than 20 seconds. Only prepare the amount that can be applied within the pot life.

Application
Apply and pour the mixed material onto the prepared surface within 20 minutes of mixing.

Cleaning
Clean all tools with Aromatic Naphtha or Xylene. Once cured, the material can only be removed mechanically. In case of splashes, wash thoroughly with warm soapy water.

Restrictions
  • Substrate temperature: 10°C to 30°C (50°F–86°F)
  • Maximum relative humidity: 85%
  • Substrate moisture content must be <4%
  • Avoid exterior use on ground-level substrates
