Surface PreparationOld concrete must be mechanically prepared using shot blasting, sand blasting, or diamond grinding. All contaminants such as oils, sealers, curing agents, waxes, and grease must be removed. Do not apply on wet substrates. Chloride levels, moisture content, and pH must be checked prior to application.
New concrete must cure for a minimum of 30 days. It must reach at least 25 MPa (3625 psi) compressive strength and 1.5 MPa (218 psi) tensile strength. Mechanical preparation is required to remove surface laitance.
MixingMix each component separately. Pour Part B into Part A using the proper ratio. Mix both components for no more than 20 seconds. Only prepare the amount that can be applied within the pot life.
ApplicationApply and pour the mixed material onto the prepared surface within 20 minutes of mixing.
CleaningClean all tools with Aromatic Naphtha or Xylene. Once cured, the material can only be removed mechanically. In case of splashes, wash thoroughly with warm soapy water.
Restrictions- Substrate temperature: 10°C to 30°C (50°F–86°F)
- Maximum relative humidity: 85%
- Substrate moisture content must be <4%
- Avoid exterior use on ground-level substrates
