Surface Preparation
Surface must be clean, sound, and dry. Remove all contaminants such as oils, grease, sealers, and dust. Mechanical preparation (shot blasting or grinding) is required to achieve a CSP-3 to CSP-4 profile. Concrete must have a minimum compressive strength of 3500 psi and tensile strength of 215 psi.
Mixing
Pour all of Part B into Part A and mix for approximately 3 minutes until homogeneous. Scrape sides and bottom of the container. Do not mix more material than can be applied within the working time.
Application
Apply using a rubber squeegee and back roll with a lint-free roller to achieve a smooth, uniform finish.
Cleaning
Clean tools with appropriate solvent such as xylene. Once cured, the product can only be removed mechanically.
Restrictions
  • Application temperature: 15°C–30°C (59°F–86°F)
  • Maximum relative humidity: 85%
  • Substrate moisture content must be ≤4%
  • Substrate must be at least 3°C above dew point
  • Avoid condensation during application
  • Do not add solvents or water
  • Protect from moisture during first 24 hours
